About the role

  • Develop and close a pipeline of inbound leads, contributing to the company's growth and success.\n
  • Manage inbound leads, secure business, and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.\n
  • Showcase a comprehensive understanding of the Mailchimp product suite, effectively shortening the sales cycle using selected sales methodologies.\n

  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress.\n
  • Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.\n
  • Provide robust account management to support customers' technology strategies, implementations, and future needs.\n
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and clients to develop strategies and processes that achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 18-24 months of experience as an ISR in the SaaS/IT Services sector for mid-market to enterprise sales, or 6-12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor.\n
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages.\n
  • Experience with a software vendor in the SaaS or system integrator space is highly desirable.\n
  • Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, demonstration, and closing.\n
  • High sales aptitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.\n
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and proven ability to excel in a team environment.\n
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in innovative and emerging technologies.\n
  • Self-sufficient, adaptable professional, capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.\n
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding sales presence and presentation abilities.
