Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
  • Associate degree in business or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Expected to work Mondays, Fridays, at least three Saturdays per month, and the first and last day of each month
  • Must open the store at least 2 days/week and close at least 2 days/week
