• Sort, inspect, price, and hang donated clothing and textiles
• Identify clothing brands and quality to support accurate pricing (training provided)
• Check items for stains, tears, missing buttons, or defects

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner (in person and by phone)
• Operate the register to process transactions accurately, including discounts

Store Manager – Full-Time

Ecommerce

• Sort incoming merchandise into salable, salvage, or discard categories
• Price items using established pricing guidelines
• Accurately post 40 or more items per hour
• Place, rotate, and organize merchandise in designated areas
• Learn and apply knowledge of brands, collectibles, and market trends
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Operate trash compactor and dispose of waste as needed
• Follow all Goodwill safety, security, and operational policies
• Support Goodwill’s Guiding Principles, including processing all product within 24 hours

Ecommerce Associate – Shipping Brand & Pricing Focus

• Use pallet jacks and forklifts to transport goods (forklift certification required)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support production by ensuring stations are stocked and running efficiently
• Greet donors and shoppers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow all safety and Goodwill operating procedures
• Safely move trash carts, salvage containers, and merchandise to keep the flow of production
• Perform other duties as assigned
