About the role

  • Support the daily operations of the store while assisting in team supervision.
  • Lead a group of associates, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding customer and donor experience.
  • Ensure the entire location is clean, organized, and filled with fresh product.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Use available data to meet/exceed expected metrics.
  • Assist with recruiting and selecting potential employees.
  • Evaluate employee performance frequently and provide positive coaching under direction of Store Manager.
  • Maintain a store that complies with administrative and safety procedures.
  • Create a profitable retail store.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
