About the role
- Build strong, consultative partnerships with leaders and associates
- Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and career development
- Monitor engagement trends and partner with leaders to create action plans
- Provide strategic guidance on associate relations, policy interpretation, and employment law
- Execute HR processes that shape the employee lifecycle
- Partner closely with HR peers across Talent, Learning, Benefits, and Compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or asset management a plus
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong business acumen and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Deep expertise across core HR areas including employee relations, engagement, leadership development, and compliance
