About the role
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across PLG Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring growth strategies are translated into clear plans, owners, and measurable outcomes.
- Own business-level performance visibility for Campaign Monitor self-service, including revenue, bookings, customer growth, retention, and expansion metrics.
- Lead weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, and cross-functional operating cadences to track progress, surface risks, and drive timely decision-making.
- Oversee Customer Success operations through close partnership and shared accountability, defining engagement models, retention processes, playbooks, and capacity planning.
- Direct Growth Analytics and reporting, matching marketing data with product and customer data to uncover insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with senior leadership on forecasting, revenue modeling, and performance analysis to support planning, investment decisions, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth operations, business operations, revenue operations, or strategic operations roles within B2B SaaS or self-service businesses.
- 4+ years of experience supporting self-serve or product-led growth (PLG) SaaS motions.
- Proven track record orchestrating cross-functional programs in matrixed organizations and translating strategy into execution.
- Strong analytical expertise, including forecasting revenue and bookings, cohort analysis, retention modeling, and executive-level reporting.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing analysts, BI professionals, or operations team members, including contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Nice to Have: Experience in email marketing, MarTech, or SaaS marketing platforms. SQL proficiency or advanced data analysis capabilities. Background in subscription or recurring revenue business models.
