Bookkeeper

• Independent accounting responsibility for a defined portfolio of condominium associations (WEG) and rental properties.
• Preparation of annual condominium service charge reconciliations (WEG) as well as heating and utility cost statements (rental management).
• Preparation of budgets (Wirtschaftspläne) for the WEGs.
• Management of the dunning process and handling of all payment transactions.
• Review, coding, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.

WEG & Rental Accountant – Full-time

• Eigenverantwortliche buchhalterische Betreuung eines definierten Bestandes an Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG) und Mietobjekten.
• Erstellung der jährlichen Hausgeldabrechnungen (WEG) sowie der Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen (Mietverwaltung).
• Erstellung der Wirtschaftspläne für die WEGs.
• Durchführung des Mahnwesens und Abwicklung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs.
• Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
