• Independent accounting management of a defined portfolio of condominium owners' associations (WEGs) and rental properties.
• Preparation of annual WEG service charge statements and heating and utility cost statements for rental properties.
• Preparation of annual budgets (Wirtschaftspläne) for the WEGs.
• Management of the dunning process and handling of all payment transactions.
• Review, account assignment and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.

• Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
