• Independently responsible for the accounting oversight of a defined portfolio of condominium owners' associations (WEG) and rental properties.
• Preparation of annual service charge statements (Hausgeld) for WEGs and the annual heating and ancillary cost statements (rental management).
• Preparation of operating budgets (Wirtschaftspläne) for the WEGs.
• Performing dunning procedures and managing all payment transactions.
• Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices.
