About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Telephone, e-mail & tickets: first point of contact for owners, tenants and service providers – review, assign and respond to calls, the info@ inbox and customer-portal tickets
- Process management: track requests, monitor deadlines and follow-ups, and reliably see tasks through to completion
- Contractors & damage handling: commission and coordinate tradespeople/service providers (appointments, access), initiate minor repairs and maintenance, record and forward damage reports
- Communication & small tasks: prepare form letters, notices and resident information, handle standard correspondence, arrange nameplates/doorbell labels and keys
- Data, filing & support: maintain master data and set up new properties (ERP & customer portal), file documents (SharePoint)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Organizational talent: you keep many processes running in parallel and don’t lose sight of anything
- Strong communication skills: friendly and clear on the phone and by e-mail
- Reliability & thoroughness: you consistently follow up until things are completed
- Digital affinity: confident with PC/Office and willing to learn our tools (Casavi, Impower)
- Team player: you enjoy working in a team and are happy to pitch in
