Business Development Rep

• Identificar y prospectar activamente empresas objetivo en Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica a través de LinkedIn, correo, llamadas y otros canales
• Calificar leads entrantes y salientes según criterios de fit (tamaño, etapa, necesidad financiera)
• Agendar reuniones de descubrimiento entre prospectos calificados y el equipo de liderazgo
• Construir y mantener un pipeline saludable en el CRM, con seguimiento riguroso de cada etapa
• Personalizar mensajes de outreach que comuniquen con claridad la propuesta de valor de la firma
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de finanzas y liderazgo para refinar el ICP (perfil de cliente ideal) y los mensajes de venta
• Reportar métricas de actividad y conversión de forma consistente

Business Development Representative

Associate

• Draft and distribute LP and founder newsletters on a recurring cadence
• Manage outbound communications including mail merges, event follow-ups, and announcement sends
• Maintain brand asset libraries (bios, headshots, logo files, boilerplate copy) so materials are always current and accessible
• Support the production of decks, one-pagers, and other collateral from first draft to final file
• Help implement a base-level content package for firm partners: portfolio company announcements, raise coverage, and milestone posts
• Coordinate logistics for firm events — venue, guest coordination, follow-up, and attendee tracking (tools like Luma)
• Support salon and private event execution: venue coordination, travel logistics, guest communications, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up
• Manage guest lists, registration systems, and post-event data capture so every event produces actionable contact intelligence
• Serve as the detail-layer check on all event materials before anything goes out
• Maintain and update the firm website with event recaps, guest book entries, and relevant content
• Support CRM hygiene — keeping founder and LP contact information current across databases
• Manage information architecture across shared resources: organized, findable, and current
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks (mail merges, file management, scheduling support)

Platform Associate

Account Executive

• Build and manage your own outbound pipeline across the US and LATAM
• Open relationships with founders, People leaders, and hiring managers at high-growth companies
• Run discovery calls, understand hiring pain points, and position MTA’s solutions consultatively
• Send proposals and close recruiting and Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) partnerships
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure smooth client handoffs and strong delivery
• Help shape the commercial playbook as we scale the company
