• Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Translate business and marketing goals into clear campaign objectives and execution plans.
• Define target audiences, messaging frameworks, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Adopt a 360° campaign approach, activating a mix of channels, including offline, social media, email, WhatsApp, PR, and others, to execute and amplify campaigns effectively.
• Own campaign timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer), ensuring clear briefing, alignment, and accountability.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all campaign touchpoints.
• Track campaign performance against defined KPIs (e.g., pipeline, engagement, conversions).
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Optimize campaigns in-flight based on performance data and learnings.
• Establish and improve campaign management processes, tools, and documentation.
• Support repeatable, scalable campaign frameworks for future launches.
• Maintain campaign calendars and reporting dashboards.
