💰 £45,000 - £50,000 per year
About the role
- Project manage and deliver a wide variety of approved marketing projects
- Develop marketing strategy and put forward marketing plans for approval
- Deliver creative project management, briefs, timing plans and approvals
- Assist with design, production and distribution of marketing materials
- Write and proofread copy for websites, emails, brochures and RFPs
- Work with in-house designers, copywriters and external suppliers/agencies
- Devise and run multi-channel advertising campaigns with external agencies
- Support business development with presentations and pitches
- Lead customer journey mapping and identify marketing touchpoints
- Organise photography and film production and manage image rights
- Lead internal brand ambassador programme and merchandise branding
- Manage marketing budgets alongside Head of Marketing
- Act as final quality checkpoint for marketing projects and proposals
- Monitor compliance with MAPP policies, RICS and ISO standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years experience of working within a B2B professional services Marketing team
- Experience in creative project management and delivering marketing projects
- Ability to create and implement workflow structures to ensure timely delivery
- Experience assisting with design, production and distribution of marketing materials
- Experience writing and proofing copy for websites, emails and brochures
- Ability to work with stakeholders to crystallise project briefs and manage expectations
- Experience working with 3rd party suppliers and external creative agencies
- Supporting Business Development with copywriting and RFP/pitch presentations
- Experience running multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Experience organising photography and film production and image rights management
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring quality control across marketing projects
- Familiarity with statutory/internal compliance including MAPP policies, RICS and ISO standards
- Hybrid-role working from home and our London HQ
- Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday
