Plan, implement and manage digital app marketing campaigns covering all funnel stages: awareness, acquisition and re-engagement
Develop and execute digital media strategies and plans to achieve awareness and performance targets
Optimise campaign performance on app advertising platforms (Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Moloco and others)
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics teams to understand full customer journey funnel and relevant KPIs for analysis and optimisation
Analyse audience cohorts and share performance insights on ROAS, retention and CLV
Evaluate creatives critically and discuss new creative testing ideas with creative team
Drive digital marketing projects and identify cross-country channel opportunities, testing publishers, new tools and exploring AI use cases for the team
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
Hands on experience setting up and optimising digital app marketing awareness and performance campaigns on major channels including Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat
Data driven mindset with ability to analyse large data sets to derive insights and optimise campaigns
Experience working with a major MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and related tools (fraud prevention, audience building, cohort analysis)
Knowledge of app marketing tracking capabilities and industry best practices (SKAdNetwork, ATT, App Conversion tracking, Fraud Prevention, Incrementality testing, ROAS optimisation)
Experience collaborating with creative teams to generate and test new creatives
