About the role
- Plan, implement and manage digital app marketing campaigns covering all funnel stages: awareness, acquisition and re-engagement
- Develop and execute digital media strategies and plans to achieve awareness and performance targets
- Optimise campaign performance on app advertising platforms (Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Moloco and others)
- Collaborate with Marketing Analytics teams to understand the full customer journey funnel and relevant KPIs for analysis and optimisation
- Analyse audience cohorts and share performance insights on ROAS, retention and CLV
- Evaluate creatives critically and discuss new creative testing ideas with the creative team
- Drive digital marketing projects and identify cross-country channel opportunities, testing publishers, new tools and exploring AI use cases
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
- Hands on experience setting up and optimising digital app marketing awareness and performance campaigns on major app marketing channels including Google, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok, META, Snapchat and others
- Data driven mindset with ability to analyse large data sets to derive insights and optimise digital marketing campaigns
- Experience working with a major MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and the tools they offer around fraud prevention, audience building and cohort analysis
- Knowledge of app marketing tracking capabilities and industry best practices (SKAdNetwork, ATT, App Conversion tracking, Fraud Prevention, Incrementality testing, ROAS optimisation)
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to generate new creative testing ideas to improve performance
