• Validate commercial locations based on market data, geolocation and business viability;
• Analyze financial feasibility of projects (including Built-to-Suit models);
• Assess technical and legal aspects of properties (zoning, land use and permitting);
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously (pipeline of units opening and in their first year);
• Monitor schedules, critical milestones and implementation risks;
• Conduct legalization and opening processes for units with regulatory authorities;
• Serve as the focal point between internal areas (Infrastructure, Academic, Marketing and Sales);
• Support franchisees during the transition to operation, ensuring adherence to brand standards;
• Monitor initial unit performance (sales funnel and income statement (DRE) during the first year).

• Plan, organize and execute corporate events and brand experience initiatives aligned with the brand strategy;
• Develop experiences that strengthen Maple Bear's positioning and perception in the market;
• Manage timelines, vendors, budgets and deliverables, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners;
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and strategic partners;
• Support the creation of creative concepts and innovative formats for events and activations;
• Oversee the execution of activities (pre-, during- and post-event), ensuring operational excellence;
• Monitor results and propose continuous improvements to the initiatives carried out.
