Analyst

• Lead the annual and ongoing headcount planning process;
• Develop forecasts for growth, replacements, and internal movements;
• Maintain and update the position matrix (org chart + headcount plan);
• Assess financial and operational impacts of requests for new positions;
• Map and keep the company’s organizational structure up to date;
• Support organizational reviews (organizational design, levels, salary bands, and spans & layers);
• Ensure compliance with People & Management governance models and policies;
• Create, maintain, and evolve People Analytics dashboards (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, engagement, performance, etc.);
• Perform predictive analyses and trend diagnostics;
• Support the annual budget planning (payroll, benefits, taxes);
• Analyze variances, identify root causes, and support business areas in understanding financial impacts;
• Monitor KPIs such as personnel cost, headcount vs. budget, and organizational efficiency;
• Support modeling of variable compensation, commissions, and cost simulations;
• Work on consolidation and standardization of data in People & Management tools;
• Support process improvement projects, automations, and systems integrations;
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and quality of people data;
• Prepare executive materials for Committees and the Board;
• Develop scenarios (what-if), impact analyses, simulations, and recommendations;
• Align strategy, budget, and the teams’ real capacity.
