Implementation Consultant
MapleBear SingaporeConsultant responsible for ensuring the opening and viability of new Maple Bear educational units in Brazil. Involves market analysis and project management across multiple sites.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Validate commercial locations based on market data, geolocation and business viability;
- Analyze financial feasibility of projects (including Built-to-Suit models);
- Assess technical and legal aspects of properties (zoning, land use and permitting);
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously (pipeline of units opening and in their first year);
- Monitor schedules, critical milestones and implementation risks;
- Conduct legalization and opening processes for units with regulatory authorities;
- Serve as the focal point between internal areas (Infrastructure, Academic, Marketing and Sales);
- Support franchisees during the transition to operation, ensuring adherence to brand standards;
- Monitor initial unit performance (sales funnel and income statement (DRE) during the first year).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in implementation or business expansion (preferably franchising);
- Experience with financial viability analysis and performance metrics;
- Knowledge of real estate and regulatory processes;
- Experience in project management and handling multiple concurrent initiatives;
- Willingness to travel.
- Differentials:
- Experience in the education sector or high-investment networks;
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Asana or similar.
