About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, organize and execute corporate events and brand experience initiatives aligned with the brand strategy;
Develop experiences that strengthen Maple Bear's positioning and perception in the market;
Manage timelines, vendors, budgets and deliverables, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines;
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners;
Conduct negotiations with suppliers and strategic partners;
Support the creation of creative concepts and innovative formats for events and activations;
Oversee the execution of activities (pre-, during- and post-event), ensuring operational excellence;
Monitor results and propose continuous improvements to the initiatives carried out.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Hospitality or related fields;
Previous experience with corporate events, brand experience or institutional initiatives;
Experience in project management and control of timelines and budgets;
Availability to travel.
Differentials:
Experience with franchise events or in the education sector.
