Software Engineer

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering organization including backend, frontend, mobile and QA teams
• Set and communicate a clear engineering vision aligned with Maple’s mission, product strategy, and long-term growth goals
• Drive adoption and integration of AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance developer productivity and product capabilities
• Own delivery excellence, ensuring teams meet commitments on quality, performance, and timelines
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Operations and report to the CTO
• Establish and evolve engineering processes, practices, and tools to improve productivity, maintainability, and scalability
• Champion technical quality including code standards, architecture reviews, observability, and operational readiness
• Develop and mentor engineering leaders and shape org design and guild structures
• Operationalize engineering metrics and an engineering operating system to improve stability, throughput, and developer experience
