Conduct weekly in-vehicle testing to support cross-functional development and validation efforts
Build a prioritized test plan based on incoming requests, delivery timelines, and business needs
Execute test cycles with clear communication to ensure objectives are met
Coordinate global test execution across internal drivers and third-party partners
Perform in-vehicle drive testing for quality testing, demos, and product releases
Manage Mapbox’s domestic and international testing fleet
Surface bugs, blockers, or feature insights through structured feedback
Track and report testing metrics

Requirements

3+ years automotive testing coordination experience
Valid driver's license and passport; available for short-notice travel
Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting in-vehicle environments
Command-line proficiency including ADB (Android Debug Bridge)
Clear, concise communication across Slack, email, and meetings; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with CAN, ADAS, navigation architecture, and mapping tech
Multi-threaded test management across distributed teams
Jira/Confluence/bug tracking experience
