About the role
- Define and execute end-to-end vision and strategy for product
- Conduct analysis to inform product roadmap and prioritize backlog
- Work with engineering teams and broader org to explore and implement new use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases
- Regularly engage customers via video, email, and visits (10% travel)
- Own pricing and packaging of product as a standalone SKU
- Become the expert and point of contact for product for internal and external questions
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Product Manager
- Experience with API, SDK, or Data products through full lifecycle in B2B
- Customer focus with design and user experience sensitivity
- Strong data analytics skills
- Prioritization skills and rationale behind tradeoffs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership and ability to execute plans from high level direction
- Technical understanding to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Go-to-market experience including pricing and packaging strategy
- Nice-to-have: Experience working with AI/ML teams and passion for the navigation domain space
