About the role
- Lead the Power Platform engineering team, overseeing platform performance, incident response, governance, and continuous improvement across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
- Ensure platform health, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and observability strategies
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal risk management standards and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with build engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with strategic goals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
- Experience with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and enterprise-grade security and compliance tools
- Familiarity with observability tools, ALM pipelines, and platform configuration management
- Proven experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of audit processes, risk management, and governance frameworks
- Experience in implementing security architecture assessments and responding to audit requests
