About the role
- Leads the design and execution of adoption strategies for transformational programs
- Bridges enterprise strategy and human behavior translating complex organizational initiatives into actionable plans
- Embeds structured change-management practices within the Sales Enablement & Effectiveness function
- Anticipates resistance, mitigates risk, and ensures collaborators are informed, prepared, and motivated
- Collaborates with Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, and HR
- Governs readiness assessments, collaborator impact analyses, and reinforcement frameworks
- Designs adoption playbooks, facilitates workshops, and coaches leaders to become active change champions
- Ensures every change initiative strengthens operational capability, advisor satisfaction, and overall resilience
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in change management or organizational development within financial services or other regulated sectors
- Proven record leading enterprise or large-scale adoption initiatives
- Certification in PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent methodology
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex collaborator networks and competing priorities
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with comfort presenting to executive audiences
- Experience developing change metrics and adoption dashboards
- Advanced analytical, planning, and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal awareness and conflict-management ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaboration platforms
