About the role

  • Leads the design and execution of adoption strategies for transformational programs
  • Bridges enterprise strategy and human behavior translating complex organizational initiatives into actionable plans
  • Embeds structured change-management practices within the Sales Enablement & Effectiveness function
  • Anticipates resistance, mitigates risk, and ensures collaborators are informed, prepared, and motivated
  • Collaborates with Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, and HR
  • Governs readiness assessments, collaborator impact analyses, and reinforcement frameworks
  • Designs adoption playbooks, facilitates workshops, and coaches leaders to become active change champions
  • Ensures every change initiative strengthens operational capability, advisor satisfaction, and overall resilience

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in change management or organizational development within financial services or other regulated sectors
  • Proven record leading enterprise or large-scale adoption initiatives
  • Certification in PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex collaborator networks and competing priorities
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with comfort presenting to executive audiences
  • Experience developing change metrics and adoption dashboards
  • Advanced analytical, planning, and documentation skills
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal awareness and conflict-management ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaboration platforms
