About the role

  • Identify areas for improvement and drive implementation of actions for improvement.
  • Influence key individuals to facilitate implementation of new initiatives and best practices.
  • Be the face of the business at project or strategic level across the Canadian Segment.
  • Bring Strategic thinking to the team by providing input to business planning and direction, identifying future service and efficiency opportunities, and driving the development of plans to achieve the required targets.
  • Develop & present cost/benefit cases and alternative assessments for service and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead/manage initiatives and ensure that benefits are achieved within timelines.

Requirements

  • Several years’ experience in a Business Analysis, consulting, or equivalent role
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise at evaluating feasibility or practicality of ideas and options; assessing risks and trade-offs; and making informed and timely decisions
  • Proven ability to lead components of large sized and critical projects/assignments, delegate structured assignments and monitor progress
  • Experience in facilitating and presenting to a variety of audiences
  • Thinks strategically and conceptually beyond day-to-day business realities.
  • Contact Centre background/knowledge/experience is an asset
