About the role
- Provide leadership, motivation and support to the operations team
- Act as the point of contact for escalated requests
- Identify client needs and develop action plans
- Coordinate service across global teams
- Seek out new opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Support financial contribution through effective management of employee productivity
Requirements
- Experienced leader with a proven track record of attracting talent
- Successful experience supporting client Service Level Agreements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefits and AdminAdvantage is an asset
- Strong Office 365 skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
- Proficiency in both languages required if in Québec
