About the role

Provide senior day-to-day leadership within Investor Relations Operations team
Apply strong working knowledge of private real estate strategies to support positioning, investor engagement, RFP and RFI submissions
Lead and own the end-to-end development and ongoing maintenance of core marketing and client-facing materials
Partner with Proposal Services to manage completion of Real Estate RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
Serve as a project manager across various functional partners to ensure timely delivery and quality control of all investor materials
Contribute to quarterly fund/client reporting

7+ years of overall work experience
relevant experience in a sales support, client-centric role
direct real estate experience
strong working knowledge of private real estate strategies including Core, Core-Plus, Value Add, Opportunistic, and Real Estate Credit
proficiency in Microsoft Office
experience with Seismic, Salesforce, and Qvidian is a plus
