About the role
- Provide senior day-to-day leadership within Investor Relations Operations team
- Apply strong working knowledge of private real estate strategies to support positioning, investor engagement, RFP and RFI submissions
- Lead and own the end-to-end development and ongoing maintenance of core marketing and client-facing materials
- Partner with Proposal Services to manage completion of Real Estate RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
- Serve as a project manager across various functional partners to ensure timely delivery and quality control of all investor materials
- Contribute to quarterly fund/client reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall work experience
- relevant experience in a sales support, client-centric role
- direct real estate experience
- strong working knowledge of private real estate strategies including Core, Core-Plus, Value Add, Opportunistic, and Real Estate Credit
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with Seismic, Salesforce, and Qvidian is a plus
