About the role
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Identify and facilitate collaboration opportunities across business units.
- Support the negotiation and execution of internal sponsorships and go-to-market plans.
- Coordinate national and inter-regional initiatives and events in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance engagement and business development efficiency.
- Develop and maintain internal reporting tools to track performance against commitments.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, strategy, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Canadian financial distribution channels (advisors, brokers).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, especially for clients from Quebec.
