About the role

  • Oversee post-sale client relationship management for Group Benefits outsourced administration services
  • Lead a team of Client Service Specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the Service Owner team
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an operational management role
  • Experience leading client-facing teams
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational best practices
  • Proficiency in financial management and managing key metrics
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
