About the role
- Establish performance frameworks that integrate skill development, behavioral reinforcement, and operational discipline
- Design coaching models and deliver targeted interventions
- Equip field leaders with tools to manage and measure performance effectively
- Lead by example, creating an environment of trust, continuous improvement, and accountability
- Enhance Manulife Bank's reputation for advisory excellence, client focus, and a culture of empowerment
- Support enterprise sales transformation initiatives and represent field perspectives in steering committees
- Promote Manulife's values through inclusive leadership and ethical conduct
- Contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing, communities of practice, and peer learning forums.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in sales, enablement, or coaching roles in financial services
- Deep understanding of broker/advisor distribution, sales cycles, and client relationship management
- Proven experience leading performance improvement programs or coaching frameworks at a national level
- Strong facilitation, communication, and influence skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Analytical capability to interpret data and connect insights to business outcomes
- Experience managing or mentoring others to deliver consistent coaching practices
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance, regulatory, and risk frameworks within a banking context
- High emotional intelligence and ability to balance coaching with accountability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Experience using Salesforce and data analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
