About the role
- Implement and program delivery of the holistic wellbeing programs across physical, mental, social, financial, and community wellbeing.
- Plan, coordinate, and support wellbeing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Source and curate evidence based wellbeing content to drive education and engagement.
- Participate in the measurement of program effectiveness by using engagement metrics, data analysis, benchmarks, and outcome measures.
- Support development of evaluation frameworks, measurement tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze data and produce insights and executive ready reports to demonstrate program impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve program delivery, operations, and evaluation processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wellbeing vendors, community partners, and insurance carriers.
- Partner closely with wellbeing and benefits teams on implementation and ongoing delivery of vendor programs to ensure quality, performance, and reporting standards.
- Participate in RFP processes for wellbeing programs and services.
- Maintain awareness of wellbeing related legislative and compliance considerations.
- Facilitate wellbeing meetings with clear objectives, agendas, and follow up actions.
- Collaborate with internal partners including Global Wellbeing, Marketing/Communications, Inclusion, and Community Investments.
- Document best practices, program insights, testimonials, and case studies.
- Stay current on industry trends, research, and best practices in wellbeing and health promotion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health promotion, wellbeing, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating corporate wellbeing or health promotion programs.
- Strong data literacy with experience working with engagement metrics, outcomes, and evaluation data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global organization.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Preferred: Experience in wellbeing consulting or a corporate/consulting environment.
- Preferred: Experience managing vendors, partners, or carrier relationships.
- Preferred: Familiarity with evidence based wellbeing practices and measurement frameworks.
- Preferred: Knowledge of current wellbeing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
