About the role
- Connect with Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, the Medical Community and Vendor Partners.
- Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists and Associate Managers.
- Make follow-up phone calls and/or send written communication to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals and vendors.
- Reach out to Plan Members by phone to complete functional telephone interviews.
- Keep claim files up-to-date and accurate.
- Support payment of invoices.
- Update Plan Member banking information.
Requirements
- Currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health.
- Great organizational skills and can communicate well both in writing and speaking.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage working on your own and love being part of a team.
- Good at juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance.
- Experience in customer service or administrative work.
- Fully bilingual (French/English).
