• You will be given responsibility for guiding Dustin's customers through their buying journey by providing excellent service and expert advice through the inbound channels of our First line team.
• Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• You will be responsible for managing and developing major enterprise accounts.
• Support a broader portfolio of customers within our AV business.
• Strengthening customer relationships and driving continued growth within advanced AV solutions.
• Proactively work with our key customers and contribute to achieving shared targets.
• Collaborate closely with the AV team, Delivery specialists, and KAM/AM colleagues to ensure strong customer engagement and successful solution delivery.
• Drive sales of advanced AV solutions including MTR, Zoom, Cisco, Google and related technologies.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
• Inspire customers with innovative AV solutions while working closely with internal specialists to ensure high-quality execution.

AV Sales Specialist

• You will take ownership for Monthly Reporting, Forecasts, and Budgets, driving financial projects, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will be responsible for keeping this complex area together, ensuring smooth collaboration across sales, offerings, and operations, and delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the business, influence key decisions, and help shape the way we work across sales, operations, and offerings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop actionable financial insights, contribute to business cases, and ensure smooth operations for Managed Services.
