About the role
- You will be given responsibility for guiding Dustin's customers through their buying journey by providing excellent service and expert advice through the inbound channels of our First line team.
- Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient processes
Requirements
- Experience with sales, customer service, or administrative work (2–3 years)
- Technical skills and a strong interest in IT and technology
- You are comfortable working in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
