About the role

Responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across 12 production locations, supporting approximately 75 open roles
Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities
Leverage your social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients
Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research and digital outreach
Advocate on behalf of candidates for career opportunities
Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience

3+ years of Senior-level recruiting experience, preferably in frontline, manufacturing, skilled trades, or production-heavy environments
Proven ability to manage high requisition loads (50–75+)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience supporting multiple sites or distributed teams
Ability to work in the West Coast or Central time zone depending on the assigned role
Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
