About the role
- Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients
- Lead intake meetings and partner closely with hiring managers to understand role design, competencies, and hiring needs
- Deliver market insights and provide market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions
- Source, build, and maintain a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates, remove barriers, and prepare candidates for successful employment
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
- Position as an expert on in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients on local market dynamics and workforce management
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Full life cycle recruiting experience, leading intake calls with hiring managers, conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers, and providing market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
- Experience in corporate talent acquisition
- W2 contract experience (role is a W2 contract opportunity)
