Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients
Lead intake meetings and partner closely with hiring managers to understand role design, competencies, and hiring needs
Deliver market insights and provide market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions
Source, build, and maintain a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates, remove barriers, and prepare candidates for successful employment
Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
Position as an expert on in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients on local market dynamics and workforce management
Requirements
2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
Full life cycle recruiting experience, leading intake calls with hiring managers, conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers, and providing market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
Experience in corporate talent acquisition
W2 contract experience (role is a W2 contract opportunity)
