About the role

  • Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients
  • Lead intake meetings and partner closely with hiring managers to understand role design, competencies, and hiring needs
  • Deliver market insights and provide market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions
  • Source, build, and maintain a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
  • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates, remove barriers, and prepare candidates for successful employment
  • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
  • Position as an expert on in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients on local market dynamics and workforce management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience, leading intake calls with hiring managers, conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers, and providing market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
  • Experience in corporate talent acquisition
  • W2 contract experience (role is a W2 contract opportunity)
