About the role
- Identify, attract and manage the selection process for in-demand technical talent
- Drive all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process
- Lead intake meetings and partner closely with hiring managers
- Deliver market insights to inform strategic hiring decisions
- Source and match candidates to open technical roles and put people to work
- Service clients by providing top talent and consult on their talent needs
- Hit performance targets and remain agile in a fast-paced industry
- Develop relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants to drive loyalty
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 1+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Experience identifying technical talent working with technologies that power AI, IoT, Search Products, Web Products, Distributed Applications, User Interfaces, Back-End Systems, Full-Stack Development or Embedded Systems
- Other optional aspects that will help you stand out: A Bachelor’s degree
