About the role
- Act as a subject matter expert related to business operations
- Develop subject matter expertise in processes & systems
- Help users understand how to navigate systems and processes
- Design & evolve SOP's for standard processes
- Drive adherence to SLA's
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of Business Support or Business Operations experience managing multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Metrics driven, ability to multitask
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms
- Willingness to work non-standard hours
- Mandarin language is a plus.
