About the role
- Support sourcing activity across multiple roles and hiring projects to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and support hiring delivery.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and alternative search methods.
- Screen and assess candidates for basic skills, experience and culture fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and support recruitment process efficiency.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in an agency or in-house environment
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and online research methods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with candidates
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
