About the role

  • Support sourcing activity across multiple roles and hiring projects to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and support hiring delivery.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and alternative search methods.
  • Screen and assess candidates for basic skills, experience and culture fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and support recruitment process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in an agency or in-house environment
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and online research methods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with candidates
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
