About the role

  • Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talent.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience in recruitment agencies and internet companies.
  • Proven experience using research and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different locations.
  • Strong data sense with the ability to work efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.
