About the role

  • Manage highly dynamic calendars of regional and global executives by assisting in scheduling the meetings, co-ordinating for agenda, calendar updates, rescheduling meetings etc.
  • Prioritize, follows up of incoming topics and driving the tasks with stakeholders and report the outcome to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential in nature
  • Preparation of timely and accurate presentations or reports using MS office applications
  • Ability to handle queries in absence of Executives, participate in meetings on behalf of Executives, prepare minutes of meetings and follow-ups
  • Proactive stakeholder management
  • Accountable for regular reporting and monitoring of designated tasks/tickets
  • Adheres to M+H Values and follows the guidelines of M+H Code.

Requirements

  • Education/university degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Business Assistant in a multinational organization
  • Hands on experience in working with Management and Senior Executives
  • Capable of maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all topics
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details
  • Experienced in Shared Service Centre environment (ticketing tool, SLA KPIs)
  • Hands on experience in documentation using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word,..)
  • Good Team player, service mindset & customer centric approach, flexibility, good time management, process-oriented thinking, stress management
  • Willingness to work in shifts (Asian, Europe & US timezones)
