About the role
- Systematic, comprehensive management of the assigned personal sales territory
- Monitoring and reporting of product and market trends

Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Several years of experience in technical B2B sales or in customer support for complex/technical products
- Field sales experience or independent management of a sales territory is an advantage
- Professional competence and technical understanding — ideally in HVAC filtration or building services engineering
- Proven experience in expert customer consulting and sales
- Routine in preparing and following up on quotations, as well as in price negotiations
- Proficient with MS Office and an affinity for structured sales and CRM processes
- Excellent German and English language skills
- High level of initiative, independence and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented, professional demeanor
- Structured working style and reliability
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory and flexible availability
