• Jira Ticket Creation & Backlog Ownership: Translate high-level product strategy, merchant requirements, and operational flows into crystal-clear, highly detailed Jira tickets with crisp acceptance criteria, ensuring the backlog remains meticulously groomed, structured, and ready for development.
• Daily Prioritisation & Ticket Fulfilment: Run rigorous daily prioritisation and actively manage sprint execution to drive ticket fulfilment. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to maintain focus, minimise disruptive context-switching, and resolve technical blockers immediately so developers can execute at maximum velocity.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the roadmap, scoping, and successful delivery of core modules.
• AI-First Product Innovation: Proactively research and implement cutting-edge AI developments to turn manual e-commerce logistics processes into automated, self-optimising workflows.
• Hands-on QA & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Personally lead and execute rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and UAT workflows to guarantee that complex carrier integrations, merchant dashboards, and platform updates are completely robust before they go live.
• Onboarding & Project Management Support: Act as the primary product-facing project manager for merchant onboarding, coordinating directly with scaling brands to guide them smoothly and resolve operational edge cases.
• Deep Integrations Strategy: Define and streamline our carrier and WMS integration framework. Drive the product requirements that enable our team to connect complex courier, warehouse (such as Mintsoft, PeopleVox), and partner APIs quickly, cleanly, and reliably.
• Shopify Ecosystem Integration: Deepen our integration with Shopify Plus, ensuring our merchant dashboard, App Bridge interfaces, and webhooks are highly performant, intuitive, and frictionless for enterprise-level operations.
• Logistics & Compliance Focus: Architect product features that handle the complex realities of cross-border commerce, international customs documentation, commercial invoices, and DDU/DDP financial splits.

Senior Product Manager – Shopify

• Active Headhunting: Source, attract, and close top-tier outbound BPO sales talent using aggressive outbound sourcing methods
• End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire recruitment funnel—from active market mapping to final offer negotiations
• Strategic Input: Act as a local market expert. Analyze our talent pipeline and proactively suggest improvements to support our organizational growth

Talent & Operations Lead

• Lead, manage, train, and develop a team of independent contractors consisting of the Operations Coordinators and Property Care Concierge team, and have overall accountability for cleaners, maintenance vendors, and contractors
• Own daily operations across all properties, ensuring tasks are completed, issues are resolved, and nothing falls through the cracks
• Remove the founders from day-to-day operations, client management, team follow-up, and recurring operational decisions
• Hold the team accountable to clear standards, including coaching, performance improvement plans, and replacing underperformers when needed
• Oversee property readiness, quality inspections, cleanliness, stocking, maintenance follow-up, guest materials, and listing accuracy
• Proactively review property listings and welcome guides, photos, amenities, sleeping arrangements, rules, and descriptions for accuracy to ensure they match the real guest experience
• Be the main point of contact for owner/client communication for day-to-day operational matters using professionalism, clarity, and appropriate boundaries
• Oversee guest issue resolution and coach the Operations Coordinators on tone, decision-making, and service recovery
• Lead onboarding operations for new properties from signed contract to successful launch
• Improve SOPs, supporting technology and apps, checklists, task management, reporting, and team rhythms so the business becomes more scalable and less founder-dependent
• Identify recurring issues, fix root causes, and continually improve the guest, owner, and team experience
• Improve operational profitability by identifying unnecessary expenses, recurring inefficiencies, and better vendor/team structures
• Lead strategic initiatives such as launching vendor sourcing, or tech/tool integrations
• Support the CEO in scaling the business and onboarding team members as needed
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, contributing to business planning and growth strategy

• Understanding the book in form and job budget
• Receive client information from Senior Accountant
• Breakdown job budget (Compliance 75% and review and collation 25%)
• Review current year tax planning, notes, handover notes and current year trust resolution.
• Work independently on compliance work and seek assistance and advice as required from the Senior Accountant
• Prepare clear and accurate workpapers in line with practice procedures and expectations.
• Undertake self-review to ensure work is at the highest possible standard within the job budget.
• Attend teams calls with Senior Accountant post job review to discuss and understand review points.
• Finalise the job and email back to the senior as a priority after the teams call ends.
• Update workflow every time a job is QO, QI, R or finalised.
• Maintain organised and accurate client files as per procedures.
• Attend weekly workflow meetings and communicate job priorities
• Provide general support to senior accountants as required.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Learning from review points and mistakes to avoid repeating in the future.
• Attend training sessions and actively participate in developing technical knowledge.
