- Support AEs by anchoring conversations in outcomes rather than features.
- Serve as the quality domain leader for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Guide customers on where AI can most effectively augment existing quality systems and processes.
- Act as a trusted peer advisor rather than a transactional seller.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on quality-related AI use cases, gaps, and roadmap opportunities.
- Represent the voice of enterprise quality leaders internally to ensure alignment with real-world expectations.
- Support webinars, executive roundtables, and private sessions focused on quality, compliance, and risk reduction.
- Elevate Maneva’s credibility in quality-led buying motions across regulated and complex manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- 12–20 years of progressive experience in Quality Leadership, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence within manufacturing environments.
- Prior roles may include Director or VP of Quality, Head of Quality Systems, or senior CI leadership with quality oversight.
- Experience operating at a corporate, regional, or global level (not exclusively plant-level).
- Experience within multinational manufacturing organizations is required.
- Comfort operating across multiple plants, regions, and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise audit, compliance, and governance structures.
- Strong command of quality systems, audits, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Six Sigma / Lean expertise is a strong asset but not a requirement.
- Executive-level presence with the ability to advise senior leaders as a peer.
- Not a traditional salesperson — trusted for judgment, experience, and perspective.
- Willingness to travel extensively to support enterprise customers.
Benefits
- Shape the future of quality leadership by helping manufacturers move from reactive inspection to proactive, AI-driven risk prevention and yield optimization.
- Engage as a true peer to enterprise leaders, advising VPs, Heads of Quality, and executives with credibility—not as a traditional salesperson.
- Elevate quality’s role in AI adoption, ensuring trust, compliance, and quality outcomes remain central in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Deliver real-world impact without heavy infrastructure change, driving defect reduction, audit readiness, yield improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Influence product direction and go-to-market strategy by bringing the voice of enterprise quality leaders directly into roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with a world-class AI team, bridging advanced research with practical manufacturing execution.
- Operate with senior-level autonomy and visibility across Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
- Competitive compensation and growth, aligned with senior enterprise impact and long-term company success.
