About the role
- **Key Responsibilities **
- **Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (Primary Focus) **
- - Own full-cycle recruiting across Maneva, with a strong focus on technical roles (AI, ML, software, computer vision, manufacturing technology) and go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, partnerships).
- - Build and maintain a high-quality, long-term candidate pipeline aligned with Maneva’s near- and mid-term hiring roadmap.
- - Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
- - Develop creative sourcing strategies for highly specialized profiles in AI, manufacturing technology, and enterprise SaaS.
- - Manage interview processes, candidate communication, and offer execution to ensure a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.
- **Hiring Process & Employer Brand **
- - Design and continuously improve Maneva’s hiring processes, balancing speed, rigor, and fairness.
- - Represent Maneva to candidates as a mission-driven, technically credible employer at the intersection of AI and manufacturing.
- - Help articulate and reinforce Maneva’s values, culture, and expectations through the hiring experience.
- **Onboarding & Lightweight People Operations (Foundational) **
- - Own onboarding from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
- - Establish initial onboarding workflows, documentation, and coordination across tools and teams.
- - Maintain basic employee records and people processes in partnership with external platforms (e.g., Rippling).
- - Act as a first point of contact for common people-related questions, with the understanding that these responsibilities will evolve and be handed off as the team grows.
- **Hiring Insights & Planning **
- - Track hiring pipelines, time-to-hire, and recruiting capacity.
- - Provide leadership with clear visibility into recruiting progress, risks, and upcoming needs.
- - Support early workforce planning as Maneva scales.
Requirements
- **Qualifications**
- - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles within high-growth startups or technology companies.
- - Demonstrated experience recruiting across both technical and go-to-market roles.
- - Comfort engaging with candidates in AI, ML, software, and applied manufacturing technology roles (not expected to perform deep technical assessments).
- - Experience building recruiting processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- - Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
- - Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment when supporting candidates and employees.
