Write clear, authoritative copy for blogs, email campaigns, webpages, and digital ads tailored to financial advisors and wealth management leaders.
Partner with Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to develop content supporting thought leadership initiatives (e.g. white papers, client stories, speaker abstracts).
Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, white papers) into shorter assets for use across multiple channels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SEO agencies to research keywords, optimize existing content, and identify new content opportunities.
Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and supports inbound traffic and conversion goals.
Align with Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent execution across campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate content production across internal teams and agency partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Upload and format web and blog content in WordPress, ensuring brand and SEO consistency.
Track and report on content performance, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform ongoing strategy.
Develop and publish posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and industry communities to build brand awareness and authority.
Collaborate with design to produce visually engaging, on-brand content.
Engage directly with influencers, clients, and prospects to amplify reach and foster relationships within the advisor and fintech ecosystem.
Manage webinar content, logistics, timelines, and cross-team deliverables.
Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing, including promotions, follow-ups, and on-demand content.
Partner with go-to-market teams to align webinar topics with pipeline and retention goals.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech or wealthtech.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technology concepts into clear, engaging content.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms), Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools.
Understanding of SEO, lead nurturing, and content performance metrics.
Comfortable working in a regulated or compliance-conscious industry (wealth management or financial services experience is a plus).
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
