About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
- Post and manage job ads across job boards and social media
- Source candidates through proactive outreach and community partnerships
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
- Collaborate with field leaders to understand staffing needs
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a welcoming and responsive experience for all applicants
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a plus
- Experience using Paylocity is a plus
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred in high-volume or hourly roles)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tool
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
