- Primary owner of flagship retail partnerships for Heavy Hitters and Papa & Barkley.
- Own and grow relationships with highest priority accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and securing new placements.
- Collaborate with field representatives to increase sell-through and selling effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data to find insights and develop strategies that lead to growth.
- Mentor teammates and close high-value deals.
- Spend 50-70% of time on the road actively engaging with key accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success in the cannabis, alcohol, or CPG industries.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to interpret sales data to drive action.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of setbacks and shifting priorities.
- Obsessively detail-oriented and relentlessly dependable, delivering high-quality customer service and follow-through.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence at all levels.
- A passion for the plant and a collaborative, hard-working spirit.
- Ability to spend 50-70% of your time on the road actively engaging with key accounts.
- Comfortable using computers and smartphones for extended periods.
- Clear speech, vision, and hearing for effective communication and demonstrations.
