About the role
- Find best freelancers and consultants for key account clients
- Collaborate with sales team to build strong relationships
- Advise clients on strong technical briefings for freelancer attraction
- Conduct qualification interviews with freelancers on client's request
- Be an expert on Malt algorithm and best practices
- Train freelancers on building profiles and interviewing practices

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in consulting, headhunting, or executive search
- Confidence in client-facing roles with C-level executives
- Experience in a results-oriented, fast-growing B2B environment managing major client accounts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability
