About the role
- Scale and lead a high-performing team in the UK
- Orchestrate complex, multi-country enterprise deals
- Coach and develop a team of Global Account Managers and National Account Managers
- Ensure exceptional revenue retention and renewal success
- Oversee the deployment of Malt across different countries
- Manage, coach, and develop team members for high performance and accountability
- Lead sales governance and maintain pipeline quality
- Partner with GAMs on negotiations and renewal strategies
- Bring frontline client insights to the Executive Committee and Product teams
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong "sales-first" background with a proven track record of multi-million pound global enterprise accounts
- Deep understanding of multi-country enterprise sales cycles
- Proven experience within complex matrix organizations
- Experience handling international account consolidation
- Deep experience in the Tech/SaaS sector
- Proven track record in coaching GAMs and building team capabilities
- Mastery of MEDDIC and Salesforce for forecasting accuracy
- Ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Full professional fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel for key client meetings
