About the role

  • Scale and lead a high-performing team in the UK
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-country enterprise deals
  • Coach and develop a team of Global Account Managers and National Account Managers
  • Ensure exceptional revenue retention and renewal success
  • Oversee the deployment of Malt across different countries
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members for high performance and accountability
  • Lead sales governance and maintain pipeline quality
  • Partner with GAMs on negotiations and renewal strategies
  • Bring frontline client insights to the Executive Committee and Product teams

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong "sales-first" background with a proven track record of multi-million pound global enterprise accounts
  • Deep understanding of multi-country enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven experience within complex matrix organizations
  • Experience handling international account consolidation
  • Deep experience in the Tech/SaaS sector
  • Proven track record in coaching GAMs and building team capabilities
  • Mastery of MEDDIC and Salesforce for forecasting accuracy
  • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Full professional fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for key client meetings
