About the role
- Own and lead design strategy for core product workstreams, from early discovery through to delivery
- Mentor and support other designers
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, data teams and operations to translate business opportunities into user centered designs
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights
- Develop high fidelity prototypes
- Contribute to and extend our design system
- Define how AI and emerging technologies are applied in product
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional design craft
- Strong product thinking
- Enterprise experience
- Collaborative mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Prior experience in real estate, finance, or other complex industries (bonus)
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or similar (bonus)
