About the role

  • Member of the Business Continuous Improvement team (BCI) operating the Center of Excellence for Lean Six Sigma and administering TruStage Green Belt and Lean programs
  • Model a continuous improvement mindset while applying proven tools and techniques to solve problems and advance Operational Excellence
  • Adapt approach to fit tools, techniques, and engagement appropriate to specific business problems
  • Support improvement initiatives to deliver measurable business value to reduce costs, improve quality, and advance TruStage strategic objectives
  • Perform project discoveries to align stakeholders, establish measurable goals, and decide approach
  • Create visualization of current state and performance baseline to establish goals and measure success
  • Build and manage project schedules and ensure delivery of milestones
  • Perform graphical and statistical analyses to identify focus areas and solve root causes
  • Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholder groups to identify opportunities and determine future state solutions
  • Engage stakeholders as partners and provide training and coaching in structured problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management, Project Management, and other practices to deliver service
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in continuous improvement, lean management, technology innovation, or related area
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in secondary methodology, such as project management, data analysis, or change management
  • Results oriented: proven track record of value definition and delivery
  • Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills
  • PC Skills: fluent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks proactively, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple, complex priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clarity and precision, both written and verbal
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Preferred: Experience applying innovative technologies such as AI, process intelligence, and intelligent process automation to achieve business goals
