About the role
- Manage the full regional talent acquisition lifecycle
- Lead the Sourcing, Recruiting, and Onboarding team
- Ensure alignment with defined global strategy
- Translate global concepts into effective regional processes
- Implement strategies tailored to North America
- Attract, identify, and secure the best talent for the region
- Ensure an outstanding internal and external candidate experience
- Oversee all key initiatives and act as a strategic partner to the business
- Guide regional stakeholders and maintain strong collaboration with global CoE
- Steer continuous improvement in processes, tools, governance, and talent‑broking activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
- Experience with modern Talent Acquisition tools & processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc preferred
- Project planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Hands‑on, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset
- Social media and digital recruiting expertise
